摘　　要：目的　评价吸烟对牙周病的影响,分析导致牙周破坏的机理。方法　选身体健康无系统疾病和全身疾病的男4 8例,其中吸烟者30例,非吸烟者18例。按WHO规定分别测试牙周指数,每个牙测4个部位,取其平均值。结果　吸烟者牙龈指数和附着水平与非吸烟者有明显差异(P<0 .0 0 1) ,牙周袋深度无明显差异(P>0 .0 5 )。结论　吸烟促进牙面菌斑沉积,吸烟者的牙龈炎导致牙周炎发病率高于非吸烟者。Objective To evaluate the influence of smoking on paradentoasis(PD) and consider the it's pathogenesis of periodonitum leson.Methods Forty eight healthy men that have no systemic or chronic diseases, among them there are 30 smokers and 18 non-smokers.The age ranged from 30 to 70 years old,and the average age was 50 years old.According to the WHO standerd, the ginival index(GI) was measured and the each index was average of 4 number in different sites. Results The GI and attechment level were significant different between smoker and nun-smoker(P<0.001),but pocked deep (PD) was significantly not different.Conclusion Smoking will acceberate the sediment of the dentofacial germ spot .The incidence of periodontitis resulted from gingival clamp in smorker's is higher than than in non-smoker's.
