摘 要:针对聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)共混体系相容性差的缺点,采用(乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯)共聚物(E/VAC)作增容剂对其进行改性。研究了E/VAC对PC/PBT共混体系结晶性能和力学性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了共混体系的形态结构。结果表明,E/VAC可以提高PC/PBT共混体系的相容性,当E/VAC含量为2%时共混体系的综合性能较好。试验还发现加入E/VAC后PC/PBT共混体系有良好的成型加工性能。Against the deficiency of the low compatibility of polycarbonate(PC)/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) binary blends,the blends were modified with ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer(E/VAC) as compatibilizer. Effects of E/VAC on the crystalline properties and mechanical properties of PC/PBT blends were studied,and the morphology of the blending system was observed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that E/VAC enhanced the compatibility between two phases of PC/PBT blends. The blends had good combined properties when the dosage of E/VAC was 2%,and the experimental results indicated that the blends containing E/VAC had excellent processing properties.
