摘　　要：在剖析原有的不可最终灭菌的无菌粉原料药包装方式弊端的基础上 ,探索了采用非PVC多层共挤输液膜作为某种不可最终灭菌的无菌粉原料药的内包材 ,通过严格的质量认证 ,确证采用新的包装方式后药品质量稳定可靠 ,达到了预期效果。新的包装方式应用于生产中使药品的综合包装成本大幅度降低 ,排污量明显减少 ,提高了药品的安全性 ,具有显著的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益 ,具有推广价值。On the base of the analysis of packing fashion′s abuse of intrinsic material medicament of inultimate asepsis pharmaceutical product powder, groping for adoption of non-PVC mambrane as some interior packing material of material medicament of inultimate asepsis pharmaceutical product powder, getting across strict authentication of quality, the adthors corroborated that the quality of medicament was steady and reliable after adoption of new packing fashion,and the new adoption achieve the anticipated effect. The adoption of new packing fashion can make the synthesis packing cost of medicament decline greatly, sewage slopping reduce obviously, the security of medicament improve, and has distinct benefit of society, circumstance, economy, and at the same time it has important value of generalizing.
