摘　　要：关于上市公司是否应该披露内部控制信息给广大的投资者,向来有很多争议,对于信息披露的成本和效益是这场争论的焦点,本文就对此进行了探讨,为内部控制信息披露相关问题提供一些新的思考角度。Many discussions about the public - owned company whether offer the internal control information to the investors emerged recently, and among all the factors, the benefits&costs of disclosure the internal control information play a key role in this debate. This is the topic of this paper.
