摘　　要：介绍了电动自行车用阀控铅酸动力电池的性能与使用特点;报导了板栅结构、极板和电池制造等方面的基础工艺研究与改进方法。在此基础上进行了电动自行车用6 DZM 10阀控铅蓄电池的研制。性能测试表明:该型电池的各项性能指标均已达到JB/T10262 2001标准规定的要求。The performance and application characteristic of VRLA battery used as electric bike power were introduced.The improvements of technological process about grids,plates and electrode fabrications were reported.The 6-DZM-10 type VRLA battery for EB power was developed.The test results showed that,the performance of this battery can meet the requirements specified by standard JB/T 10262-2001.
