摘　　要：将老式手工控制的ＭＺ３０９Ａ染色机进行技术改造，实行微机群控的系统设计和抗干扰措施．该系统能对绒线染色的温度进行测量和控制，控制精度为±１℃；还能对主管道上水蒸汽的压力及染液的ｐＨ值进行测量和显示．系统以工业现场环境恶劣、干扰严重、工业控制要求故障率低和稳定可靠为基点，对温度、压力和ｐＨ值三种传感器有关性能都进行了严格的挑选：选择了ＳＴＤ－ＰＣ型工业计算机；执行部件采用了气动薄膜切断阀，阀上没有电气元件，在高温高湿环境中动作可靠，寿命长．用户可以从键盘上任意设定染色的工艺曲线，以适应各种材料和各种工艺的染色要求．This paper introduce how to transform the handwork-control of MZ309A dyeing machine into the system of computer-groupo-control and its anti-disturbance measures. The system can derermine and control the temperature of knitting dyeing and its accuracy is about ±1℃. It can also measure and show the pressure of the steam in the main pipe and the pH value of dyeing liauid. It's generally believed that the industrial control system have to possess the quality of lwwbreadown value, steadiness and reliability. Certainal the characteristice being subject to breakdwn,serious disturbance, abominable environment on the industrial site have abundantly been brought in to consideration. The system has to make a strict choice to the temperature, pressure and pH value sensors, to the industrial computer (STD-PC) has to be choosen. The valve with air-controlmembrance in adopted as its parts and there is not electuonic parts in it. Obviously, it can reliably operate and has a long service life even though in the condition of high temperature and high hamidyty. Any technology curve of dyeing required can be generated by programing. Numberless dyeing curves can be obtained from its program so as to satisfy the needs of all kinds of materials and all kinds of dyeing technologies.
