摘　　要：Ｃ．Ｃ．ＸＩ引入了拟结合ＢＣＩ－代数的概念，本文给了出了它的一个特征：ＢＣＩ－代数Ｘ是拟结合的当且仅当Ｌ（ｘ）是它的一个结合子代数，得到了：一个ＢＣＫ－代数与一个结合ＢＣＩ－代数的并是拟结合的．The notion of quasiassociative BCI-algebras is introduced by C.C. Xi. Wegive a characterization of it:a BCI algebra X is quasiassociative if and only if L(X) is anassociative subalgebra of X.It is also established that the union of a BCK algebra and anassociative BCI-algebra is quasiassociative.
