摘　　要：本文通过对图书馆制定的规章制度与垄断行业中霸王条款的比较分析,认定目前图书馆的规章制度中确有不平等的条款,严重侵害了读者的合法权益,并对这些问题提出了解决的意见。This text adopts the comparative analysis of the rules and regulations made by the library andoverlord's clause in the monopoly industry, asserts that there are unequal clauses in the rules and regulationsof the library at present. These rules have encroached on readers' legitimate rights and interests seriously.The text puts forward the suggestion to solve these problems at last.[
