摘 要:利用高温胁迫,比较研究了不同穗重型品种叶片的O-2 产生速率、H2O2 和MDA含量变化,以及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ASP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化歧化酶(SOD)的酶活性变化。结果表明:高温胁迫下,水稻叶片中的O-2 产生速率、H2O2 和MDA含量随处理时间的延长而加速上升,且上升速率及含量呈现轻穗型品种E优 540>中穗型品种D优 68>重穗型品种II优 162、冈优 527;而保护酶SOD、CAT和ASP的活性则相反,呈现重穗型品种>中穗型品种 >轻穗型品种。同时,从高温胁迫下各类型品种叶片中CAT和ASP的活性上升与下降的拐点比较,重穗型品种比中穗型和轻穗型的出现时间推迟 1d。由此认为,重穗型品种的这种抗逆性代谢优势,是该类型在高光强、高温和低CO2浓度下显示其高的净光合速率的生理基础。The leaves of different panicle weight types of medium India hybrid rice were cultured under high temperature stress (38℃). Analysis was conducted on O- 2 generation rate, MDA and H 2O 2 content, and the activity of enzymes involving cell protective enzymes(SOD,CAT,ASP) of the leaves. The results indicated that O- 2 generation rate, MDA and H 2O 2 content of the leaves greatly increased with prolonging treated time and were lined in the following order: E-you540(the light panicle type variety)>D-you68 (the medium panicle type variety )>II-you162,Gangyou527 (the heavy panicle type varieties ); On the contrary, there was the following tendency of the activity of enzymes involving cell protective enzymes(SOD,CAT,ASP) of the leaves: the heavy panicle type of rice(HPTR) varieties >the medium panicle type of rice(MPTR) varieties >the light panicle type of rice(LPTR) varieties. And viewed from the inflection point of the increase and decrease of CAT and ASP activity of the leaves, the inflection point of HPTR varieties delayed 1 day compared with that of MPTR and LPTR varieties. Therefore, this metabolic advantage of resistance to high temperature stress of HPTR varieties was the physiological basis that HPTR varieties had an ability of keeping high level photosynthesis and Pn under high or low light intensity ,high temperature and low CO 2 concentration.
