摘 要:利用时间延迟摄像显微镜(TLVM)系统,研究了磁处理对碳酸钙过饱和溶液析出晶型的影响。结果表明,磁处理增加了溶液中文石生成的几率,沉淀中文石浓度增多,方解石成分减少。在整个TLVM实时观测过程中,未发现任何的晶型间的转变。流速对磁处理效果影响的研究表明,存在最佳流速,在该流速下,过饱和溶液析出物中几乎全为文石和少量的球霰石,而没有方解石的成分,从而形成软垢,达到最佳的阻垢效果。Using time lapse video microscope system, the effect of magnetic treatment on the deposits precipitated from the supersaturated calcium carbonate solution has been studied. The results show that magnetic treatment increases the possibility of aragonite growing from solutions, and, when compared with the untreated ones, preci-pitats consists of more aragonite crystals and fewer calcite after the solutions are magnetically treated. During the whole experimental process, no changes between different crystal phases could be observed. There exists an optimum flow rate, within which the deposits could be composed mostly of aragonite and a few vaterite crystals. These 'soft' scales could be easily removed. So, at this velocity, magnetic treatment could have the best antiscale effect.
