德国高等教育和高等医学教育对我们的启示

摘　　要：德国高等教育历史悠久,治学严谨;推行免费教育和依法治校,教授作用很大;实行学分制和弹性学制,注重能力培养,办学质量高。目前正进行的学位转换和国际化课程等改革,加快了教育的国际化进程,有利于培养适应经济全球化的新型人才,值得我们借鉴。Germany has a long history of its higher edu ca tion with meticulous scholarship,profassors playing a greatly positive role. I ts educational institutions are free of charge, governed in accordance with law, institute credit system and flexible schooling and attach importance to cultiv ation of competences, thus achieving high educational quality. Now innovations a re being conducted in academic degree. Transformation and internationalized curr iculums, thus fastening the process of its educational internationalization, which is beneficial to turning out talents of new types who will fit in with th e economical globalization. All of these afford us lessons that merit our consi deration.
