摘　　要：根据微观经济学理论,给出了“煤矿办电”纵向经济的判定方式,对“煤矿办电”纵向经济的存在条件和影响因素进行了深入的研究,其结论为制定坑口电站政策、合理选择煤电企业组织形式提供了理论依据。文中后半部分还对煤矿企业办电提出了几点建议。By following the microeconomic theory, this article puts forth some models for defining the colliery's running the power plants as the vertical-economy natured, and probes deep into the existing conditions and affecting factors concerning the vertical economy for the colliery's running the power plants, and the conclusion drawn from the above analysis serves to provide the theoretical proof for formulating relevant policies regarding the establishment of power plants near the coalmine and rationally choosing the entrepreneurial organizational form for the enterprise carrying both coal and electrical business. Some suggestions are also raised in the latter half of the article concerning the colliery's running the power plants.
