摘  要:弹翼廓形的测量一直是飞行器生产厂家质量控制的重要难题。文章分析了弹翼廓形和展线的自动检测原理 ;提出了IPC与PMAC集成控制的开放式数控非接触测量系统。在此基础上 ,作者设计了一台弹翼廓形的非接触自动测量机。该弹翼测量机由激光测距传感器、IPC与PMAC集成控制的开放式数控系统、精密机械系统和测量系统软件组成 ,提高了弹翼检测的效率、准确率和可靠性。The measurement of wings' shape is an important difficulty in quality control of aerocraft factory. This paper analyzed the auto-measuring principle of wings' shape and expandline. The opening NC non-contact measuring system controlled by IPC and PMAC was given out. Based on these theories, a non-contact auto-measuring machine on wings' shape is designed. The machine is composed of laser distance sensor, opening NC system, delicate mechanical system and software system. The machine improved the efficiency , accuracy, relibility of wings' measurment.
