摘　　要：20世纪80年代世界企业社会责任运动开展以来,一个企业只有ISO9000质量标准和ISO14000环保标准认证,已经不能高枕无忧了,它还必须获得一个新的资格认证,这就是企业社会责任认证。分析企业社会责任认证对我国企业提出的挑战,并提出对策建议。Since the corporate social responsibility sport of world enterprise was launched in the eighties of the 20th century, an enterprise can't live without any anxiety, if it only had ISO9000 quality level and standard authentication of ISO14000 environmental protection. It must also get a new qualification authentication, that is enterprise's social responsibility authentication. The corporate social responsibility authentication is putting forward the new challenge to enterprises. The challenge is analyzed and solutions are suggested.
