c-erbB-2、VEGF-c及激素受体在乳腺癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 c- erb B- 2、VEGF- c、ER、PR在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法 :采用PV- 90 0 0二步法分别检测 12 8例乳腺癌、2 5例乳腺良性病变中 c- erb B- 2、VEGF- c、ER、PR的表达。结果 :c- erb B- 2、VEGF- c、ER、PR的表达在乳腺良、恶性病变之间均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,c- erb B- 2、VEGF- c的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关 (P<0 .0 1) ;ER、PR与 c- erb B- 2、VEGF- c的表达呈负相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;四种蛋白的表达均与乳腺癌发病年龄、肿瘤大小、是否浸润无关 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :c- erb B- 2、VEGF- c的过度表达预示着乳腺癌具有较强的转移能力 ,二种蛋白可能在乳腺癌的浸润转移过程中起协同作用。联合检测 c- erb B- 2、VEGF- c、ER、PR对预测乳腺癌的淋巴结转移、判断预后、指导临床治疗具有十分重要的意义。Objective:To study the expressions of C-erbB-2, Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-c (VEGF-c), estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in the tissues of breast cancer and to find out their relationships with clinical pathological features.Method:To detect respectively the expressions of c-erbB-2, VEGF-c,ER and PR in 128 cases of breast cancer and 25 cases of benign diseases of breast using the PV-9000 two steps.Results:There were significant differences in the expressions of C-erbB-2、VEGF-c、ER、PR between benign diseases of breast and breast cancer (P<0.01) ; there was closely relationships between the expressions of C-erbB-2、VEGF-c and the metastasis of lymph node in breast cancer (P<0.01); but there was negative relationships between the expression of ER、PR and the expressions of C-erbB-2、VEGF-c(P<0.05); and no relationships between the expressions of 4 kinds of protein and pathograic ages, tumor′s size, and tumor′s infiltration were found(P>0.05).Conclusions:The overexpressions of C-erbB-2、VEGF-c in breast cancer indicated its easy metastasis,there was synergism between the overexpressions of the two kinds of protein during the infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer. There was very important significance combined detection the expression of c-erbB-2、VEGF-c、ER、PR in calculating lymph node′s metastasis of breast cancer,judging prognosis and guiding clinical treatment.
