摘　　要：目的 :探讨 VEGF在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 SP法 ,测定了 6 4例大肠癌标本中 VEGF的表达情况。结果 :VEGF在大肠癌中的表达明显高于正常黏膜 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且 VEGF的表达与复发、淋巴结转移、侵袭深度和病理类型明显相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但与年龄和性别无关 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :VEGF在大肠癌的发生、发展和浸润、转移过程中发挥着重要作用 ,可作为判断大肠癌转移潜能和预后的有效指标。Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGF in human colorectal cancer(CRC) and its clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF in 64 cases parafin tissues.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 11.0 softpackage. Singnificance was presumed at values of P less than 0.05(P<0.05).Results:Compared to normal mucosa,the expression of VEGF in CRC significantly increased ,and showed remarkably correlation to recurrence、lymph node metastasis、depth of invasion and clinicopathologic features(P<0.05),but there was no significance between the expression of VEGF in CRC and ages and genders. (P>0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of VEGF was positively correlated with recurrence、clinic stage and the degree of malignancy.High expression of VEGF could reflect the ability to metastasis of CRC and could be an index of judging prognosis.
