摘　　要：论述了军队生态营区的概念和建设目标,探讨了营区生态环境质量的评价方法.针对现状,基于调研,建立了生态营区评价指标体系和评价模型,提出了具体的评估办法.旨在通过对营区生态系统科学、客观、完整的评价,探讨营区生态系统结构、功能及其动态变化,找出营区生态系统存在的问题,为做好营区规划和对现有生态环境受到损害的营区进行恢复与重建,提供科学依据.The article elaborated the conception and construction aims of military ecological residential area and discussed the methods for evaluating ecological circumstance quality. Based on the present situation and investigation, the evaluating indexes system and the model for military ecological residential area were constructed. And put forward the concrete evaluating methods. Through scientific, impersonal and intact evaluation of ecological system of military ecological residential area, the construction, function and dynamic changes of the ecological system of military ecological residential area were discussed. And the existing problems of the ecological system were found out. The studies provided scientific basis for the plan of military residential areas and reconstruction of the damaged residential areas.
