口服果汁后MRCP评价胰管形态学的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　评价口服果汁后MRCP对胰管成像的价值。 资料与方法　31例受试者口服果汁前后分别行MR-CP检查,评价胰管各部分显示情况和直径,胰管最佳显示时间,以及胃肠道重叠干扰情况。 结果　所有受试者口服果汁后胰管各部分显示情况及平均直径均比口服前显著提高,口服后胰管最佳显示时间为(55.75±15.65) min,胃肠道内液体重叠干扰最明显的时间是(43.88±17.12) min。 结论　口服果汁后MRCP可显著提高胰管显示情况,胰管显示最佳时间为口服后60 min。Objective To evaluate the value of MRCP in pancreatic morphology after oral orange-lemon-juice.Materials and Methods Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) was performed in 31 cases before and after oral orange-lemon-juice, the visualization and diameter of the pancreatic duct, the best time of visualization of the pancreatic duct, and the most prominent time of overlap of fluid in the gastrointestinal tract were assessed.Results In all cases, the visualization and mean diameter of each segment of the pancreatic duct were significantly better after orange-lemon-juice administration than that of before, the best visualization of the pancreatic duct was achieved in (55.75±15.65)min, and overlap was obviously observed in (43.88±17.12)min after oral orange-lemon-juice.Conclusion The visualization of pancreatic duct is significantly improved with MRCP after orange lemon juice administration, and the best time of visualization of the pancreatic duct is achieved in 60 min after oral orange-lemon-juice.
