摘  要:目的:研究羧甲基-β-环糊精的溶血作用和对槲皮素的增溶作用。方法:用红外光谱、13C-NMR波谱等方法鉴定合成的羧甲基-β-环糊精;用人全血中分离的红细胞测定其在体外的溶血作用;用紫外分光光度法测其对槲皮素的增溶作用。结果:羧甲基-β-环糊精溶血作用小;对槲皮素的增溶作用显著。结论:羧甲基-β-环糊精可在药物制剂中作为一种新辅料广泛应用。Objective: To study the hemolysis of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CM-β-CD) in vitro and its effect on the solubilization of quercetin in water. Methods: The synthesized product was identified by IR spectrophotometry and 13C-NMR spectrometry, the hemolysis study was carried out by means of red blood cells isolated from whole human blood, and the effect of CM-β-CD on solubilization of quercetin in water was studied by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The hemolytic potential of CM-β-CD was very small and had a remarkable effect on solubilization of quercetin in water. Conclusion: CM-β-CD may be applied as a new auxiliary material in preparation of medication.
