P-钙粘蛋白在人类不同乳腺病中的差异表达及在鉴别诊断中的意义

摘　　要：　目的　通过研究P- 钙粘蛋白在乳腺癌及硬化性腺病中表达的不同、淋巴结转移与 P- 钙粘蛋白表达的关系,探讨P -钙粘蛋白在硬癌和硬化性腺病鉴别诊断中的意义。方法　采用免疫组化染色, 观察硬癌和硬化性腺病中 P- 钙粘蛋白表达、淋巴结转移与淋巴结未转移病例P -钙粘蛋白的表达, 利用图像分析系统对乳腺癌, 尤其是硬癌细胞中P- 钙粘蛋白的表达强度、淋巴结转移与淋巴结非转移病例P -钙粘蛋白的表达强度进行分析。结果　P- 钙粘蛋白的表达在硬癌和硬化性腺病、淋巴结转移与淋巴结非转移病例中有显著差异 (P<0 .05)。结论　P- 钙粘蛋白的表达可作为硬癌和硬化性腺病鉴别诊断的参考指标, 并对估计是否出现淋巴结转移具有一定意义。Objective To investigate the possible role of p-cadherin (p-cd) in the differential diagnosis between scirrhous carcinoma and sclerosing adenosis of breast by measuring the expression of p-cadherin in different breast lesions, and to explore the relationship between the expression of p-cd and lymph node metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of p-cd in scirrhous carcinoma, with or without lymph node metastasis, and sclerosing adenosis. Image analysis was used to quantify p-cd in the breast lesions. Results There were significant differences in the expression of p-cd not only between scirrhous carcinoma and sclerosing adenosis (P<0.05), but also between metastasis cases and nonmetastasis cases (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of p-cd could be a marker for the differential diagnosis between scirrhous carcinoma and sclerosing adenosis, and it might be associated with lymph node metastasi.
