摘　　要：目的:探讨下肢体感诱发电位P50的临床价值。方法:用常规检查方法,检测下肢体感诱发电位,观察P50波形在正常和多种神经科疾病人群中的分布情况。结果:在正常人群中未发现P50波形存在,但在29种疾病中可发现P50波的存在。结论:下肢体感诱发电位P50是指在P40和P60波之间的一个新波形,其本质还不十分清楚。P50可能在神经科的某些疾病如:糖尿病周围神经病、多发性硬化、重症肌无力等疾病中存在,对其诊断可有一定的帮助作用。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of P50 of somatosensery evoked potential of lower extremity. Method; We measured somatosensery evoked potential of lower extremity in normal and some neurological patients by the routine method. Result; P50 hasn't been found in healthy people, while it can be found in 29 kinds of neurological diseases. Conclusion; P50 of somatosensery evoked potential of lower extremity is the wave that is discovered between P40 and P60 and the nature of P50 isn' t well understood by investigators. It is possible that P50 has a help in diagnosis of some diseases such as, MS, MG, DPN (Dia-betic Peripheral neuropathy) ect.
