肺癌患者可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1水平及化疗的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的变化及其对化疗的指导意义。方法采用ELISA法检测20例正常对照者和68例肺癌患者血清sICAM-1水平,并对41例肺癌患者化疗前后血清sICAM-1的变化进行比较分析。结果肺癌患者血清sICAM-1水平明显高于正常对照者,且与肺癌患者临床分期、淋巴结转移、恶性胸水有关(P<0.01);与病理分型无关(P>0.05)。肺癌患者有效化疗后血清sICAM-1水平明显降低(P<0.01)。结论血清sICAM-1与肺癌的发生、发展密切相关,可作为判断疗效的观察指标。To evaluate clinical significance of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) changes and effect of chemotherapy in lung cancer patients. The serum levels of sICAM-1 in 68 cases of lung cancer and 20 normal controls were measured by ELISA, and compared before and after chemotherapy in 41 cases of lung cancer by analysis. The serum levels of sICAM-1 in lung cancer group were higher than those in control group, and were significantly correlated with clinic stages, lymph node metastasis, and malignant pleural effusion (P <0.01); not correlated with pathological grading (P >0.05). The levels of sICAM-1 reduced markedly after effective chemotherapy (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The serum sICAM-1 may be correlated with the occurrence and progress of lung cancer, and can be used as a mark of judging curative effect in lung cancer patients.
