摘 要:蜘蛛丝是一种天然的高性能蛋白质纤维,由于其优异的力学性能而引起广泛的关注。随着生物技术的发展,人工合成蜘蛛丝蛋白已成为可能,并且可以用湿法纺丝技术将人工合成蜘蛛丝蛋白纺制成人造蜘蛛丝。通过改进纺丝工艺以及纺丝后处理方法可以改善人造蜘蛛丝的力学性能。本文对蜘蛛丝蛋白的人工合成以及蜘蛛丝蛋白的纺丝方法作一个综述。Spider silk is Natural high-performance protein fiber. The biomaterial has attracted much interest from scientists in various disciplines. Now it has become feasible to produce spider silk proteins by means of biotechnology and the man-made spider silk fibers have been also produced by wet-spinning method. Artificial spider silk with mechanical properties similar to the nature spider silk should be able to be produced by varying the spinning parameters and post-process. Recent research about the recombinant spider silk proteins based on the genetic engineering and the artificial spinning of spider silk were reviewed in this paper.
