摘　　要：提出了在线监测电站锅炉省煤器积灰的计算机实现方案。监测模型利用对进出口烟气温度、省煤器管壁温度和烟气速度等易测参数的测量,配合先进的计算机数据采集技术可实现对电站锅炉省煤器积灰情况的在线监测,并依此指导吹灰操作,实现优化运行。On-line soft-measuring method of ash deposits on economizer based on industrial control computer was proposed.By measuring the easy measurable parameters,such as inlet and outlet temperature of the flue gas,wall temperature of economizer,velocity of the flue gas,the computer data acquisition system can show the real-time state of ash deposits on the surface of economizer.So that the optimized blow ash operation can be carried out,accomplish optimization execute.
