摘　　要：在系统分析了传统光学标记阅读机OMR的优势与不足的基础上,设计编制了基于扫描仪的信息卡识别软件系统,并就其功能与原理进行了深入探讨,指出了构建该系统的社会需求及其在标准化考试等领域的应用价值.Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the classical OMR, a scanner-based recognition system of information card was designed, the functions and principles of the system were discussed in details. The demand of constructing this system and its value used in standardization test were proposed.
