女中专生自我和谐性与应对方式的调查研究

摘　　要：目的　了解女中专生的心理健康现状和其面对生活压力所采取的应对方式。方法　采用应付方式量表及自我和谐量表 (SCCS)对 3 62名女中专生进行问卷调查。结果　女中专生的自我与经验的不和谐性程度很高 ,自责与幻想因子上也明显高于常模 ,在面对生活压力方面较少应用解决问题的方式。结论　女中专生存在一定程度上的心理问题 ;在应付困难和压力方面 ,更多采用以自责和幻想为主的应对方式 ,倾向于矛盾心态和两面性的人格特点。Objective To study the mental health and the coping style and self-congruence for femal students in secondary school.Methods 362 femal students in secondary school served as subject with the coping style scale and self-consistency and congruence scale. Results The degree on self-inconsistency was very high. The mean scores of the factors on self-accusation and illusion were all higher than the counterpart in the norms of Chinese.Conclusion Girl students suffered from various mental disturbances. When coping the difficulties and intension, they are mostly inclined to take the coping style of self-accusation and illusion to form a personality of antinomy and inconsistency.
