摘　　要：社区群众性体育活动的有效开展,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容之一。城市社区群众体育活动具有健身性和娱乐性、随意性和自主性、自控性与个体针对性特征。深入开展社区群众体育活动,高等学校体育院(系)具有相当作用,责无旁贷,义不容辞。Developing mass sports activities in mass organizations is one of the important substance of the socialist cultural and ideological progress.The mass sports activities in urban possess features such as body-building,recreation,random and decision-making,self-control and in accordance with individual,ect.PE school(or departments) of advanced colleges play quite important roles in developing mass sports activities in mass organizations and there is no shirking the responsibility.
