摘 要:通过测定SDS/正丁醇/癸烷/水体系的洗涤数据,表明SDS/正丁醇/癸烷/水体系表面活性剂与助表面活性剂的最佳比例为2 626(物质的量的比)。在制定微乳配方时,保持表面活性剂和助表面活性剂含量恒定,制备数个O/W型微乳用于洗涤。加入电解质对该微乳体系洗涤的影响是低温下可提高洗涤效果,高温下反而使洗涤效果变差,延长洗涤时间与升高温度的效果一致。实验还表明实验中制得的微乳比SDS水溶液洗涤效果有明显的提高,实际使用价值很高。The washing activation energies of SDS/n-butanol/decane/water system are estimated based on the detergency data. It is found that the optimum molar ratio of SDS to n-butanol is 2.626. Several samples are made in the region of O/W microemulsion. And these microemulsions are used as medium in textile detergency, which gives us a great number of the efficient data. The washing activation energy decreases as the proportion of decane increases. Adding electrolyte will increase the microemulsion washing efficiency at low temperature while decrease the efficiency at high temperature. An extended washing period will also lower the washing efficiency. The experiment shows that the microemulsion is highly efficient in cleaning crude oil compared with the SDS solution.
