顺铂和氟脲嘧啶联合术前诱导化疗治疗舌鳞癌的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　研究顺铂(cisplatinCDDP)和 5 氟脲嘧啶(5 fluorouracil, 5 FU)联合术前诱导化疗对口腔舌鳞癌的抗瘤作用。方法　对 36例口腔舌鳞癌患者采用顺铂和氟脲嘧啶联合术前诱导化疗,总计量CDDP80mg·m-2、5 FU2 0g,在 4d内平均给予。结果　以肿瘤体积缩小 50%以上或症状明显缓解为有效,总有效率为 66 7%,化疗的主要毒副反应为胃肠反应 91 7%。结论　CDDP和 5 FU联合诱导化疗方案对舌癌能够取得明显的近期疗效。Aim To analyze the role of the anticancer effect of cisplatin(CDDP)and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) combinative chemotherapy in oral squamous carcinoma cell.Methods Give CDDP 80 mg·m -2 ,5-FU 2.0 g in turn within 4 days.Results The effective rate of general chemotherapy was 66.7%. The toxic effects of general chemotherapy was reaction of gastro-intestinal tracts 91.7%).Conclusion The combinative chemotherapy of CDDP and 5-Fu on the short-time effect has a good clinical effect.
