摘  要:目的:探讨发生青光眼危险因素与中心阈值视野改变的关系。方法:500例(980眼)可疑青光眼按危险因素分组,分别采用日本Topcon SBP2020自动视野SDT340程序检测中心30°阈值视野。结果:混合组、异常杯盘比组、高眼压组和症状组中心视野损害率分别为70.0%,48.3%,47.5%和35.8%,混合组与其他3组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);近视性屈光不正患者与远视性屈光不正阈值视野损害比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);各年龄段中心阈值视野损害比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:近视性屈光不正患者比远视性屈光不正患者中心阈值视野损害多;眼压增高伴有视乳头改变是发生视野损害的主要危险因素。AIM: To explore the relationship between the risk factors of glaucoma and the changes of the central threshold visual field.· METHODS: A total of 500 cases (980 eyes) with questionable glaucoma were divided into 4 groups based on their risk factors, and their central 30° threshold visual fields were examined through the SDT340 program TopconSBP2020 auto perimeter from Japan. · RESULTS: The central visual-field damaging rates of the Mixed Group, the Abnormal Cup-tray Group, High Eye Pressure Group and Symptom Group were 70%, 48.3%, 47.5% and 35.8% respectively. The Mixed Group is remarkably different from the other three groups (P < 0.01). The difference in the visual field damage of threshold between the myopic patients with incorrect phototropism and the presbyopic ones with incorrect phototropism is remarkable (P <0.01). There was no difference on the damage of the central threshold visual field among different ages (P >0.05). · CONCLUSION: Central threshold visual field damage of myopic patients with incorrect phototropism is more serious than the presbyopic ones with incorrect phototropism. It is a risk factor causing visual field damage that the intraocular pressure grows higher with the change of optic papilla.·
