摘　　要：目的 :探讨巩膜扣带术联合氩激光光激治疗视网膜脱离的疗效及适应症范围。方法 :对 1996年～ 2 0 0 2年 8月行巩膜扣带术后接受氩激光光凝治疗的视网膜脱离患者 3 86例 3 92眼进行回顾性分析。结果 :术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,3 92只眼中 ,视网膜完全复位 3 77只眼 ( 96.8% ) ,术后矫正视力 >0 .0 5者 3 41眼( 87% ) ,最佳矫正视力为 1.0。结论 :将巩膜扣带术中冷凝改为术后氩激光光凝 ,可简化术中操作 ,减少视网膜和脉络膜血管的损伤及术后并发症的发生 。Objective:To investigate the effects and indications of the scleral buckling combined with argon laser photocoagulation for retinal detachment.Methods:An analysis of clinical data in 386 RD cases (392 eyes) was conducted retrospectively. these cases were threated by argon laser photocoagulation after the scleral buckling surgery from 1996 to August, 2002 in our hospital.Results:392 eyes were followed-up from 3 to 6 months. In 377 of 392 eyes, the retina was reattached after surgery (96.8%). Postoperatively, 341 eyes(87%) had a visual aculty (VA) of >0.05 and the best VA was 1.0.Conclusion:The method using postoperative photocoagulation instead of cryotherapy during scleral buckling surgery can simplify the surgical manipulations, alleviate the vessel demage of the retina and uvea and reduce the postoperative complications. It is a practicable way to treat RD.
