摘  要:目的 :探讨快速上颌扩弓后二磷酸盐 (BP)对大鼠腭中缝复发率的影响。方法 :6周龄SD雄性大鼠 88只 ,随机分为 11组 ,进行快速上颌扩弓实验 :快速扩弓 1周、保持 2周或 4周、复发后 4周。在保持期大鼠根据保持时间和注射BP的剂量不同分为 5种不同的处理方式 ,分别在扩弓结束、保持结束、复发结束时处死大鼠 ,制作脱钙及不脱钙切片 ,比较 5种处理方法大鼠扩弓后的复发率 (RR)、矿化沉积速率 (MAR )、破骨细胞的数量 (ON )。结果 :保持期注射BP的剂量不同明显影响扩弓后的复发率。结论 :快速上颌扩弓后局部应用二磷酸盐能减少大鼠腭中缝区破骨细胞的数量 ,加快新骨的矿化沉积速率 。Objective:To investigate the effects of Bisphosphonate on the relapse of rat palatal suture after rapid expansion.Method:88 SD male rats of 6 weeks old were used for this experiment. The rapid palatal expansion treatment consisted of active(1 week)?retention(2 or 4 weeks )and relapse (4 weeks)phases. The rats received 5 different treatments during retention phase according to retention time and dose of BP. The rats were sacrificed at the end of expansion ?retention and relapse. Undecalcificated and decalcificated bone sections were made. The relapse ratio(RR) ?the mineralization apposition rate(MAR) ? the number of osteoclasts(ON) were calculated.Result:RR were significantly different among 5 groups.Conclusion:Topical application of BP after rapid expansion made the number of osteoclasts decreased and the mineralization apposition rate of bone accelerated.We suggested BP injection may be of therapeutic benefit in preventing relapse through inhibiting bone resorption and accelerating bone formation in the midpalatal suture.
