银汞合金粘结修复的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨银汞合金粘结修复的临床疗效。方法 :将 12 0例 2 0 4个后牙邻面龋或邻牙合面龋患牙随机分为两组 ,分别采用银汞合金粘结修复和常规银汞充填修复。结果 :银汞合金粘结修复组和常规银汞充填组 1年后复查 ,临床修复效果无显著性差异 ,2～ 3年后复查 ,两组间疗效有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :银汞合金粘结修复可明显提高修复体的固位力 。Objective:To test the curative effect of Bonded Amalgam Restorations. Method: 204 caries (120 cases) were divided randomly into 2 groups, treated with Bonded Amalgam Restorations and traditional amalgam restorations.Result: Compared with the control group, the curative effect of the experiment group was better after 2 or 3 years(P< 0.05).Conclusion: It is indicated that Bonded Amalgam Restorations is a promising tool to improve the fastness obviously.
