摘 要:目的探讨乳腺癌C蛳erbB蛳3、C蛳erbB蛳4和C蛳erbB蛳2癌基因蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学(LSAB)法检测C蛳erbB蛳3、C蛳erbB蛳4和C蛳erbB蛳2在44例乳腺癌中的表达,采用χ2检验进行统计学处理。结果C蛳erbB蛳3、C蛳erbB蛳4和C蛳erbB蛳2的表达与组织学分级呈正相关性,随乳腺癌组织学分级的升高而升高,在Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移组C蛳erbB蛳3、C蛳erbB蛳4的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组,二者之间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。C蛳erbB蛳3与C蛳erbB蛳2阳性表达率具有相关一致性。结论对乳腺癌患者同时进行C蛳erbB蛳3和C蛳erbB蛳2的检测,有助于判断其恶性程度及预后。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of C?- erbB?- 3, C?- erbB?- 4 and C?- erbB?- 2 in breast cancer. Methods By LSAB immunohistochemical staining, the expressions of C?- erbB?- 3, C?- erbB?- 4 and C?- erbB?- 2 were investigated from 44 patients with breast cancer. Results There was positive correlation between C?- erbB?- 3, C?- erbB?- 4, C?- erbB?- 2 and histologic grade (P <0.05). In the tumors with lymph node(LN) metastasis, the high expressing rates of C?- erbB?- 3, C?- erbB?- 4, C?- erbB?- 2 were higher compared with that without LN metastasis(P <0.01). In addition, it can be inferred that C?- erbB?- 3 in accordance with C?- erbB?- 2. Conclusions The determination of C?- erbB?- 2 and C?- erbB?- 3 is helpful in clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
