摘 要:目的:探讨脑胶质瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的水平以及与 脑胶质瘤病理级别的关系.方法:选择83例脑胶质瘤标本, 采用免疫组化SABC法和TUNEL法分别检测PCNA蛋白的表 达和凋亡细胞,计算脑胶质瘤增殖指数(PI)和凋亡指数 (AI),评定脑胶质瘤日常生长水平(ODG).结果:脑胶质瘤 PI,AI及ODG分别为(28±19)%,(1.0±0.8)%和(12± 10)%,三者均随脑胶质瘤病理级别的增高而升高(P< 0.01),三者在恶性胶质瘤均显著高于良性胶质瘤(P< 0.01).结论:PI,ODG及AI能较为客观地反映脑胶质瘤细胞 恶性增殖和凋亡的水平,可作为判定脑胶质瘤病理级别有价 值的参考指标.AIM: To study the levels of proliferation and apoptosis of brain glioma cells and their relationship to the pathological grade of brain glioma. METHODS: Eighty-three cases of brain glioma specimen were chosen, and the protein expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and apoptotic cells were investigated respectively by immunohistochemistry SABC method and TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick-end labeling (TUNEL) method. The proliferative index (PI) and the apoptotic index (AI) of brain glioma were calculated, and the overall daily growth (ODG) of brain glioma was assessed. RESULTS: The PI, AI and ODG of brain glioma were (28±19)%, (1.0±0.8)% and (12±10)% respectively, all of which ascended with the increasing of pathological grade of brain glioma(P<0.01), and all of which in malignant glioma were significantly higher than those in benign glioma (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: PI, AI and ODG are capable of objectively reflecting the levels of proliferation and apoptosis of brain glioma cells, which can be used as valuable indexes for judging the pathological grade of brain glioma.
