摘  要:目的:研究万拉法新对局灶性脑缺血的作用. 方法:采用线栓大脑中动脉缺血大鼠模型,分为局灶性脑缺血 对照组和局灶性脑缺血万拉法新组.于缺血后1,3,7,14和 28d测试神经学功能.结果:于缺血14d和28d,缺血万拉法 新组的网屏握持时间分别为(56±13)s,(70±13)s,较缺血 对照组(38±14)s,(52±7)s明显延长(P<0.05),而在各时 间点下两组的胶布撕脱试验之间无明显差别(P>0.05). 结论:万拉法新可提高局灶性脑缺血后的肌力.AIM: To study the effects of venlafaxine on cerebral ischemia. METHODS: The focal cerebral ischemia model was established by ligation of rat middle cerebral artery. Fourteen rats were used in this study and they were randomly divided into venlafaxine group (n=7) and control group (n=7). Neurological functions were measured at 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 days after ischemia. RESULTS: At 14 d and 28 d after ischemia, significant improvement of neurological function in venlafaxine group [(56±13) s, (70±13) s] was found by screen prehensile test, compared with those in control group [(38±14) s, (52±7) s] in (P< 0.05) , while no significant difference was observed by avulsing sticky label test between the two groups(P> 0.05) . CONCLUSION: The results demonstrate that venlafaxine can enhance the muscle strength after focal cerebral ischemia.
