MMP-9及CD147在下咽癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：　目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶- 9(MMP- 9)及 CD147 在下咽癌中的表达及其相互关系。方法　用免疫组织化学方法研究MMP- 9及CD147在33例下咽癌组织(下咽癌组) 和 15 例正常喉粘膜标本(对照组)中的表达。结果　MMP- 9及CD147 在下咽癌组中的表达高于对照组(分别为 P<0 .01和P<0 .05) ;在有淋巴结转移的下咽癌组中的表达高于无淋巴结转移组(P< 0 .05);MMP- 9及CD147的表达之间存在明显的相关性。结论　MMP- 9 及 CD147 均可作为反映下咽癌癌生物学行为的客观参考指标,可有助于下咽癌治疗方案的制定。Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-9 and CD147 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and the correlation between MMP-9 and CD147.Methods The expression of MMP-9 and CD147 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues of 15 cases and mucosa of laryngeal cavity of 33 cases were studied by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of MMP-9 and CD147 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were higher than those in mucosa of laryngeal cavity(MMP-9:P<0. 01 , CD147: P<0. 05) .The expression of the two marks in hypopharyngeal carcinoma with the metastasis of lymph nodes was higher than that without metastasis(P< 0.05). There was also a significant correlation in staining intensity between MMP-9 and CD147. Conclusion MMP-9 and CD147 are the objective marks to estimate the behaviors of hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
