摘　　要：地物的质量和数量特征及其时空关系是地图表示的客观基础。本文对其相关概念给出了数学定义 ,并根据拓扑学原理 ,论证了从三维空间到地球椭球面 ,从地球椭球面到二维地图平面存在着同胚关系 。It is the objective basis of the map express for the qualitative and quantitative specific property of planimetric feature and its relation of time and space.In this paper the authors give the mathematical definition for the relation concepts,and,that from the three-dimensional space to the earth ellipsoid surface and from the earth ellipsoid surface to two-dimensional map plane there existed homeomorphism relations are proofed according to the topological principles.Thereby,it gives the mathematical basis and theoretic explain for the map space cognition.
