摘　　要：通过分析济钢中板厂4号剪板机高速轴三点支撑静不定问题并进行改进,阐明了三点支撑静不定问题在长期使用维修中容易出现的问题,指出改造三点支撑静不定问题时应注意轴的刚度和强度、轴和轴承的润滑及支撑形式等问题。Analyzes the statically indeterminate problem of three-dotted supporting high-speed shaft of 4^(#) plate shearing machine at Jigang medium plate plant, shows the problems appeared in long-time use, and pointes out that the rigidity and intensity of shaft should be paid more attention to, as well as the lubrication and supporting format of shaft and bearing.
