摘　　要：利用化学发光法、比色法研究了毛白杨雄花序黄酮的抗氧化作用,结果表明,其对O2-·,·OH,H2O2,DPPH·具有较强的清除作用,IC50分别为0217、0606、0061、0068mg/mL。The effects of the extract of male anthotaxy of Populus tomentosa Carr. on eliminating active oxygen species in some modified chemical systems were investigated by chemiluminescence and spectrophotometry. The results show that the extract could efficiently eliminated O^2- ·, ·OH, H_2O_2,DPPH·and the 50% inhibition concentration (IC_~50 ) was 0.217,0.606,0.061,and 0.068?mg/mL, respectively.
