摘　　要：编辑学者化的特质在于 ,编辑要敢于坚持学术性 ,在学术研究领域中当将才 ,培养“学术价值感” ,构筑知识高原 ,这是提高编辑学术水平的有效途径 。The journal editing of higher learning institution must persist in its academic nature, be able to stand on the peak position, nurture the sense of academic value, build intellectual plateau. These are effective ways to improve the discriminating ability to manuscripts, and the key to raise the journal quality as well.
