摘 要:使用由可生物降解组分聚乙烯醇(PVA)、变性淀粉、尿素、增塑剂、补强剂等,经共混,流延成膜,研制出4个型号的生物降解地膜。该类膜具有普通聚乙烯地膜的优点,又能在经过两个月左右的作物生长复盖期后,在一年内,经微生物作用基本分解,其膜强度达到意大利和美国同类膜水平,拉伸强度大于10MPa,断裂伸长率大于100%,直角撕裂强度大于30kN/m。经过4年田间试验,表明该膜的保温、保水作用与普通聚乙烯地膜相同,甚至好于普通地膜,其对作物的增产效果比普通地膜要好,是一种很有发展前途的降解膜材料。Four BDM starch-based biodegradable mulching films have been developed by blending and casting of PVA,modified starch,urea,plasticizer and reinforcement.These films have the advantages of the advantage of common polyethylene(PE)film and can be degraded under the effect of microbe in about one year after two months of growth co- vering period of crops.The strength of these films has reached the level of similar films made in US and Italy.The tensile strength>10MPa,breaking elongation >100%,straight angle tearing strength>30 kN/m.It was show that the properties of preserving moisture and temperature of these films are as same as or better than general PE film and these films are better than general PE film in increasing crops production.These degradable films have very fine developing prospect.
