摘　　要：本文探讨了创新素质在创新人才培养中的重要作用 ,提出了批判式教育是创新素质培养的重要环节 。This paper discusses the important role of innovation quality in the training of talented personnel, and points out that critical education is the main procedure in the cultivation of the innovation quality. Furthermore, the author leads her own teaching experience into the proving of that view.
