摘 要:目的 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中转化生长因子β的Ⅰ、Ⅱ型受体(TGFβ-R-Ⅰ、TGFβ-R-Ⅱ)表达及其意义。方法 采用免疫组化技术(SABC法)对72例膀胱癌,14例正常膀胱组织TGF β-R-Ⅰ、R-Ⅱ进行检测,结合临床资料进行分析。结果 TGFβ-R-Ⅱ在膀胱癌组及正常膀胱组织中均表达:TGFβ-R-Ⅰ在膀胱癌中阳性率较正常膀胱组织阳性率低(P<0.01),TGFβ-R-Ⅰ在高分级膀胱癌中表达阳性率较低分级膀胱癌低(P<0.01);在复发癌的阳性表达率较初发性癌的阳性率低(P<0.01)。结论 TGF β1对膀胱癌是一种重要负性调节因子,可抑制膀胱癌进展,TGFβ-R-Ⅰ缺失使TGFβ系统完整性受到破坏,TGFβ1失去负性调节作用,TGFβ-R-Ⅰ表达可做为判断膀胱癌预后的指标之一。Objective To study the expression of TGFβ receptor Ⅰ,Ⅱ (TGFβ-R-Ⅰ,R Ⅰ)and their effect on human transitional cell carcinomas. Methods 72 specimens of human transitional cell carcionmas (TCCs)and 14 normal bladders as control were assessed by immumohistochemical method(SABC method). Results TGFβ-R-Ⅰ in TCCs was lower than that in normal bladders(p<0.01). The positive rates of TGF β1 - R- 1 were significantly lower in poorly differentiated TCCs(p<0.01)and correlate with the recurrencc(p< 0.01).Conclusions TGFβ1 can act as a negative regulating factor and inhibit the growth of TCCs,the defect of TGFβ- R - Ⅰ breaks the functional intactness of TGFβ1 signal transduction pathway and causes the functional loss of negative regulation of TGKβ1 that advances the progress of transitional cell carcinoma.
