摘 要:目的 通过对浸润性膀胱移行细胞癌(TCCB,T2~T4 NXMO)组织中血管形成的定量研究,探讨微血管密度(Microvessel Density,MVD)与淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法对23例淋巴结阴性及15例淋巴结阳性浸润性膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的血管进行染色,用微血管密度(MVD)表示血管形成的程度。结果 有淋巴结转移的病例TCCB肿瘤组织中MVD明显高于无转移组(p<0.01)。结论 肿瘤血管形成在TCCB的生长转移过程中起到重要作用,在浸润性ICCB中MVD可推测淋巴结转移状况。Objective To evaluate the relationship between MVD and lymph node status in invasive transitional fell carcinoma of btadder(TCCB) .Methods Tumor tissue was obtained from 23 cases with lymph node negatice and 15 cases with lymph node metastasis in primary invasive TCCB. Microvessels were identified by immunohistochemical method using the antibody of factor VIII - related antigen,a rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against the endotheliai cell antigen. Results The results revealed that MVD from 23 cases without lymph node metastasis were significantly lower than that of the ones with lymph node metastasis(p<0.01). Conclusion Tumor angiogenesis is essential in tumor growth and metastasis. MVD can indicate the lymph node status in primary invasive TCCB.
