摘　　要：发展战略问题是一个关系到中小企业生死存亡的问题。贵州中小企业的发展,其症结在于缺乏正确的发展战略并处于竞争劣势,重视对其发展战略的研究,对于加快贵州中小企业发展,具有重要而深远的意义。The development strategy is the key to the destiny of mid and small-scaled enterprises. The lack of suitable development strategy and being at the disadvantageous situation in competition hinder the development of such enterprises. Thus it will be of great significance to focus on the research of the development strategy.
