摘  要:通过研究乙烯对盐胁迫中玉米种子活力、幼苗生长及SOD活性的影响 ,发现外源乙烯可提高盐胁迫下两品种玉米种子活力和SOD活性 ,但幼苗鲜重和高度低于对照 ,表明盐胁迫中乙烯通过提高玉米种子活力和SOD活性 。In this paper, effects of ethylene on seed viability and Superoxide dismutase during salt stress in maize seedlings are studied. It has been found that exogenous ethylene can not only increase seed viability of maize, but also enhance activity of SOD during salt stress in maize seedlings. On the contrary, exogenous ethylene decreased fresh weight and height of maize seedlings during salt stress. These suggest salt resistant has been increased by ethylene, and the improvement of ethylene is not only related to the enhancement of seed viability and SOD in maize seedlings to salt stress, but also related to the inhibition of growth in maize seedlings, which implies that ethylene could play an important role in the formation of salt resistant.
