摘　　要：人格是指能够导致情感和动机水平上一致的个体差异的相对稳定的内部因素,这里借用精神分析理论中的本我、自我、超我的概念,从横向的宝玉和袭人的关系———本我层面、宝玉和宝钗的关系———自我层面、宝玉和黛玉的关系———超我层面,以及宝玉的人格的每一层面在与三人关系中的不同转化,从纵向的宝玉和晴雯的关系———由本我、自我到超我层面的逐步深化,最终从这种纵横交错的动态的立体网状的人际关系中,清晰地凸显出贾宝玉完整的人格结构。Personality is the relatively subtle inner factor that can induce the consistent individual difference on emotional and motivitional levels.In this article the author uses the concepts of ego,self,superego in psychoanalysis theory to analyze JIA Bao_yu personality structure.The analysis includes two dimensions:One is the cross_sectioal analysis of Bao yu and Xi_ren's relationship_ego level,Bao_yu and Bao_cha's relationship_self level,Bao_yu and Dai_yu's relatingship_superego level,an the transformation between Bao_yu's personality with the above three people at these three levels; the other is the longitudinal analysis of Bao_yu and Qing_wen's relationship_from ego to self and then to superego.
