中西药结合与单用西药脱毒疗法的对照研究

摘　　要：【目的】比较中西药结合戒毒与单用西药脱毒疗法的治疗效果及安全性。【方法】应用戒断症状评定量表、心理渴求量表等工具 ,将受试者随机分为玄夏祛毒胶囊合并小剂量丁丙诺啡治疗组 (试验组 ,n =35 )和美沙酮治疗组 (对照组 ,n =32 ) ,评定两组的疗效。【结果】治疗结束时两组患者海洛因急性戒断症状总评分分别为 3.0 6± 1.4 8和 3.5 0± 1.2 4 ,减分率分别为 90 .1%和 90 .7% ;治疗结束时药物渴求总评分分别为 94 .6 7± 2 3.97和 10 1.34± 19.6 9,组间比较无统计学差异。【结论】玄夏祛毒胶囊合并小剂量丁丙诺啡能较好地治疗海洛因急性戒断症状和控制对药物的渴求 ,疗效与美沙酮相当 ,副反应多能耐受。Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine and Western medicine alone for the detoxification of patients with heroin abuse.According to score forms of detoxifying symptom assessment and psychological desire, sixty-seven patients were divided randomly into two groups:①Group 1, Xuanxiaqudu capsule plus buprenorphine were administered to 35 patients; ②Group 2, 32 patients received methadone served as controls. The therapeutic efficacy of both groups was evaluated.When the therapy program was finished, the total scores of acute detoxifying symptom in Group 1 and 2 were 3.06±1.48 and 3.50±1.24, their rates of score diminution were 90.1% and 90.7%, respectively; while the total scores of drug thirst in Group 1 and 2 were 94.67±23.9 and 101.34±19.69, respectively. No statistical difference in these figures was observed between both groups.[Conclusion]Xuanxiaqudu capsule combined with small dose of buprenorphine is a good therapy for detoxifying patients with heroin abuse .Its therapeutic efficacy is similar to methadone in treatment of acute heroine detoxifying symptoms and controlling of drug thirst. However, its side reactions are much less and often tolerable.
