摘 要:介绍了实用性强、应用较为广泛的涂膜自分层预测理论以及最新评定与表征的方法。利用水性树脂涂料涂膜自分层预测理论关联出影响涂膜自分层的因素,建立相应的数学模型,以更好地模拟涂膜的自分层行为。This paper introduced the predictive theory of film coating self-stratification with eminent practicability and extensive applications and furthermore, recommended the latest appraisement and characterization methods for the film coating self-stratification. A water-borne coating was exemplified for correlating the factors influencing its film coating self-stratification in accordance with the predictive theory. A corresponding mathematical model was established for the sake of advantageously simulating the behavior of film coating self-stratification.
